NRA Instructor

Pete has been shooting for over 45 years. His journey with firearms started as a child hunting with his father. When he was old enough, he took his first firearms safety course to give him the beginning tools he would need to be a responsible gun owner. 

Pete's education in firearms comes directly from the NRA. He is certified to teach Basic Firearms, Personal Protection in the Home, and he is a Chief Range Safety Officer. 

On the side, Pete trains for competitions like IDPA (International Defense Pistol Association) and continues to train with various instructors to improve his own firearms handling and technique. 

I enjoy sharing and teaching firearm safety.
